“Paths” is the first full-length release by Portland based young producer quickly, quickly. As a rising talent, he is definitely one of the most promising producers of this generation.
Music has always been a part of quickly, quickly‘s life, as he started playing piano when he was 2 years old. This love of music shaped his young life and created a solid musical foundation for future efforts. In 5th grade, the now 21-year old wunderkind found hip-hop, citing Common Market, J Dilla, Blue Scholars and The Pharcyde as early influences.
This album provides 16 defining tracks filled with musical joy, nostalgia and sweetness. Stream it here:
Meet 21-year-old producer Kaelin Ellis. The Floridian has dropped his latest project called “Veil”.
Kaelin was originally part of an online collective, dubbed LOAFLAB, where he came in contact with fellow musicians and later collaborative partners Kaytranada, Tek(.Lun), Dropout Marsh, oriJanus and many more.
Drawing influence from idols like J Dilla, Sango and Flying Lotus, the young beatsmith is solidifying himself as one of 2018’s most exciting producers to watch.
After numerous EPs, Toronto producer trio Keys N Krates have dropped their formal debut album, “Cura”, earlier this year via Dim Mak, led by the Tory Lanez-guested “Music To My Ears”. That single now has a matching set of visuals (Crank Yankers, anyone?).
