Producer duo Blended Babies, best known for their work with artists like Anderson .Paak, Chuck Inglish of The Cool Kids, Freddie Gibbs, Chance The Rapper and Kid Cudi, have released a new project called “Supervillain”.

While the majority of the 10-track album is instrumental with lots of electric guitars (their official bio cites their influences as SoundGarden, Dr. Dre, OutKast, Black Sabbath, Albert King and Eric Clapton), it also features 3 vocal appearances from Odd Future‘s Domo Genesis, Fat Tony and Shorty K.

Pac Div – “1st Baptist” [Album]

Back from the dead…

Just like Mibbs, BeYoung and LIKE aka Pac Div! The California trio returns with a banging new album after a 6-year hiatus.

However, The Div stayed busy: Mibbs dropped a collabo project with producer Scoop DeVille as well as a solo EP, BeYoung focused on his family and also dropped a few verses here and there, while LIKE branched out to produce songs for artists such as Kendrick Lamar, Anderson .Paak, Curren$y and Joey Bada$$.

“In 2006 to 2011, a lot the stuff that we was rapping about and a lot of the guys we was bigging up and giving props to, they’re all poppin’ now. If nothing else, we know we have extraordinary taste,” says BeYoung. “We were too early in a lot of ways, but timing is right at this moment.”

Stream their comback album with (no features, but) production from LIKE, longtime affiliate producer Swiff D, DJ Dahi, newcomer Huss and Soulection‘s esta. below:
