wavemob – “wave 003” [Compilation]

The wavemob returns with their eagerly anticipated third installment of their “wave” series.

The producer collective based in the UK describes the compilation as

“the next chapter in [their] wave series, a definitive collection and album of exclusive music showcasing [their] sound, passion & vision to the world.”

Expect to hear a lot of lo-fi, hazy, almost ambient sounding productions with a twist of (cloup t)rap.

A$AP Twelvyy – “Strapped” [Video] / “12” [Album]

If you’re into hip-hop, you’ve probably heard of the A$AP Mob by now.
With A$AP Rocky and A$AP Ferg being the “stars” of the crew, it’s time to formally introduce one of the lesser known members: A$AP Twelvyy.

The Bronx native just released his debut album, simply called “12”. And if you’re a fan of both, traditional New York hip-hop and the Mob‘s modern soundscape, then you should give this album a spin asap (pun intended).
