Meet West Coast MC Niqle Nut.
Although relatively unknown to most, the Inglewood native’s been doing his thing for a hot minute now. After signing with Crooked I‘s Treacherous COB label in 2013, Niqle dropped his debut album in 2014 and stayed on his independent grind ever since.
Now he linked up with up-and-coming Melbourne producer Keanu Beats (who produced Migos‘ “What The Price”) for a quickstrike EP called “Cinqo”.

That’s what Hamburg producer Farhot decided to do.
Released on the G20 summit weekend, this beat compilation called “20 Gs (No Borders)” hosts 20 of Germany’s finest producers.
All proceeds of this compilation will go to a charity foundation that is building a school in Kabul, Afghanistan (Farhot‘s birthplace).
And as if that wasn’t even enough, YOU also get a chance to win in a major way: Just buy the compilation, pick a beat, record over it and send the final song to email@example.com. Deadline’s August 4th. The best song wins a proper digital release thru Farhot’s Kabul Fire imprint.
